The challenge
Customers and shops share one system: ordering from home on one side, and on the other, tracking every bag from pickup through washing to delivery.
What we built
- Two-step web ordering: select a nearby store, then add items to a laundry bag
- Customer sign-in with mobile OTP or password, plus a separate partner login
- Promotions carousel loaded from the backend
- Customer app: wash, iron, dry clean and express services with per-garment prices
- Pickup and doorstep delivery scheduling with order tracking
- Vendor app: orders, processing board, garment-bag tracking, riders and sales overview
