Overview
A sports booking platform delivered as three Android apps. Players find cricket and badminton venues, book court slots, join paid challenges and pay from an in-app wallet. Venue owners run their courts and payouts, and match officials score games live.
For cricket and badminton players, the venues they book, and the officials who score their matches.
The challenge
One booking system had to serve three different people: players booking courts and challenging each other, venue owners managing slots and payouts, and officials scoring matches even when the connection drops.
What we built
- Player app: discover nearby venues, book court slots and manage bookings
- Open challenges with entry fees that players can create or join
- Wallet with add money, withdraw, transactions and UPI payments
- Partner app: court onboarding, per-hour slot pricing, incoming bookings and payouts
- Scorer app: ball-by-ball cricket and point-by-point badminton scoring
- Scoring events queue offline and sync when the device is back online
