Overview
A drinking-water delivery platform that connects customers in Lucknow with local 20 litre can vendors and delivery riders. The website shows can options, prices and the jar deposit, estimates monthly need and checks locality coverage. One Android app serves customers and riders, and a second runs the vendor side of the business.
For households and offices that order 20 litre water cans, and for the local suppliers and riders who deliver them in Lucknow.

The challenge
Ordering water cans usually means phone calls and guesswork about price and timing. The platform had to show the price and deposit before the order, route it to a nearby vendor and rider, and let the customer follow the delivery.
What we built
- Web storefront with 20 litre can options, prices and the refundable jar deposit shown up front
- Water calculator and a recurring-delivery scheduler with time slots
- Locality coverage check and landing pages for Lucknow localities
- Customer app: one-tap refills, scheduled deliveries, live tracking and wallet top-up
- Rider mode in the same app: accept nearby orders and confirm each delivery with an OTP
- Difwa Partner vendor app: orders, customer CRM, billing, inventory, riders and sales reports
