Overview

A field workforce platform for teams that work away from a desk. Managers plan, approve and review work from a web dashboard. Field employees check in, log visits, claim expenses and close tasks from an Android app that keeps working offline.

Built for sales teams, service technicians, merchandisers and other field staff, and for the managers who run their day.

The challenge

Field work is hard to verify from the office. The product records attendance, visits and task proof at the point of work and rolls each day up into one report.

What we built

  1. Geofence-checked attendance: check-ins inside a geofence verify automatically, others go to a manager for review
  2. Tasks and visits that can require photo, signature or GPS proof before they close
  3. Beat planning: an ordered list of stops for each field employee, tracked against the plan
  4. Leads pipeline, meetings, expense claims from a receipt photo and field service tickets
  5. Live location tracking that rolls up into a Daily Status Report
  6. Three roles, Org Admin, Manager and Field Employee, and offline sync in the Android app
