Overview
A hotel management and CRM suite for owners, managers and staff. The web platform covers rooms and bookings, staff and HR, housekeeping, restaurant POS, maintenance and reports, on top of a documented REST API. Two Android apps take it onto the floor: one for staff operations and one for the accounts team.
Built for hotel owners, managers and staff who run the front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, finance and store work of a property.

The challenge
A hotel runs many departments at once: front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, restaurant, accounts and store. The suite had to connect them in one system, with a web admin for managers and phone apps for staff on the floor.
What we built
- Front desk: rooms, bookings, check-in and check-out, and guest profiles
- Staff and HR, housekeeping with live room status, maintenance tracking and restaurant POS
- Financial, operational and guest reports, including P&L and occupancy by date range
- REST API documented in OpenAPI 3.0, with each request scoped to a hotel
- Smart Hotel Android app for staff: checklists with photo proof, task escalations and inventory
- Smart Hotel Accounts Android app: cashier, income audit, expenses, payments, store stock and GRN
